By accessing or using BizApps360 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and contributors.

BizApps360 is a finance automation platform that provides:

•Accounts Payable (AP) automation with SAP Business One integration.

•Accounts Receivable (AR) automation including dunning and collections management.

•Bank reconciliation and payment processing automation.

•Reporting, analytics, and exception management tools.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis and is intended for business use.

To use BizApps360, you must create an account. You agree to:

•Provide accurate and complete registration information.

•Maintain the security of your account credentials.

•Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.

•Be responsible for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

BizApps360 is offered under subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

•Pay all applicable fees in your selected plan.

•Provide valid payment information.

•Authorize recurring charges on your billing cycle.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion and subject to our refund policy.

You agree not to use BizApps360 to:

•Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

•Transmit fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content.

•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

•Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.

•Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

•Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

All content, features, and functionality of BizApps360 — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are owned by Express Solutions Lab and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Your use of BizApps360 is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of data you upload to BizApps360 and grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the Service.

We strive to maintain high availability of BizApps360, targeting 99.5% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Express Solutions Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to BizApps360 at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled per our data retention policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of BizApps360 after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
